P R I N T S

We appreciate that you may have your own preferred frame already or you may wish to receive a print on its own to allow your recipient to choose how they prefer to frame and showcase their gift themselves. If this is your preference, you can order prints on their own which will be easier to post. 

F R A M I N G

If you order framed wall art, you will receive this pre-framed via Royal Mail with gift wrap and a branded sticker included. Frames all meet our personal quality checks and are available in black, white or natural wood finish. 

We are happy to correspond via email with you to share further photographs or details on the framing finish you can expect, should you wish.

If you would like this extra reassurance, please quote your order reference number and submit any additional queries or requirements to us using our online contact form. We will email you back within 3 working days at the latest.

S I Z I N G

We produce portrait prints as standard in the following sizes which increase in cost accordingly.

Please note that if you choose a framed piece, the size you select at checkout describes the full frame size and mount, rather than the actual print size which will be slightly smaller.

To discuss alternative sizes or layouts, please get in touch using the Contact Form and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

R E T U R N S  &  R E F U N D S

Unfortunately, as your art is personalised and unique to you, we cannot accept returns. However, if you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, we will provide you with a full refund.  After this point, as we will have started to work on your purchase and incurred time and manufacture costs, we will not be able to offer a refund.

However if your portrait arrives and has been damaged in any way or you are not entirely happy then please contact Caroline straight away and we can endeavour to make things right as quickly as possible.

Q U A L I T Y

We know that you may be giving this wall art as a gift to a loved one and it marks a very special time in a couple's life. For this reason, we only print pieces using the highest quality inks and lightly textured, heavy stock papers. Our frames are beautifully constructed too and we pride ourselves on including beautiful wrapping to ensure your gift not only looks gorgeous, but feels it too.

B E S P O K E  S T Y L E   O R    L O C A T I O N

Want a location illustrating from scratch? Or need a different font, colour, or layout in order to make it just perfect for your special recipient? We can help. Please use the Contact Form to discuss and we can provide a link for you to commission a more bespoke order and we can advise you on timeframes (normally we can illustrate and prepare for shipping within 7 working days).

S H I P P I N G  &  T I M E F R A M E S

All advertised location or activity art detailed in our shop should be produced and received within the UK no later than 10 working days after your order and normally sooner. 

If you need an urgent delivery turnaround on one of our standard locations detailed in the shop or have a specific date or special occasion you need the gift for, please do choose Express Delivery (3 days maximum turnaround) and flag the date for us to be aware of via our Contact Form quoting your Order Reference Number.

P R I C I N G

We want you to have a luxe quality gift for yourself or your loved one at a competitive cost. Our prices reflect any illustration or design set up time, as well as the costs of top quality paper stock and wooden frame materials. Shipping options and costs will be added at checkout so you can flex the cost depending on whether you need your art urgently or not.
